MarCom

MarCom has 3 kinds of users - admin, organization and employee. This can be used to send emailers to leads, assign leads to employees and convert them after calling them.The admin login is authorized to create a client organization of Nivida. This can be used by the client organization, itself. Various email templates can be created by Nivida to send to the leads for marketing purposes. These can be tracked by Nivida login to see the progress. In organisation login, it can assign a lead to it’s employees and after the employee handles the lead, it can be assign as converted, call later or other status by the organisation. The employee login of any organisation can let the individual employee check his statistics of how many leads he has as pending, reminder, not pickup calls, unsubscribe or converted.
